Hi! I’m Eva! I am a marketing and advertising student attending Loyola University Chicago. Ever since I was young, I bounced back and forth with what I wanted to pursue in life and what it meant to me. One day towards the end of my junior year, my mom said to me, “Think about your passions. What could you see yourself never getting tired of? What do you love and what do you love to do?” Then and there I knew what direction I wanted to take in life: I wanted to go into fashion. Although I plan to stay on the business and analytical side, I want my creativity and unique style to shine through and influence the culture in the fashion industry. My intentions for this blog is to create an environment where personal style is a priority and curated unique inspiration encapsulates the capabilities of fashion. Hi! I’m Syd! I’m a fashion merchandising student at Marist University with dreams of becoming an editorial stylist. Growing up, I never felt like I had just one path- I was always shifting between ideas of who I wanted to be and where I could see myself. I have always loved reading, drawing, poetry, history, and of course, fashion. Any and all art. But how could this all fit into one thing? Somewhere along the way, I realized the thing connecting it all was storytelling. I then fell in love with the moods, the textures, the attitude a look can create without saying a word. I’m drawn to the world of editorials because it’s about more than clothing; it’s about building a narrative, a feeling, a moment that sticks with you.
